Disability Inclusive Education Handbook for Teachers

The Disability Inclusive Education Handbook for Teachers aims to support teachers in their efforts to include children with disabilities in mainstream schools. Designed for the Fijian context as part of the Access to Quality Education Program,  the handbook provides information and advice which is useful across the Asia-Pacific region, including general mainstreaming principles, methods for working with students with specific impairments, and the role families can play. The CBM – Nossal Institute Partnership for Disability Inclusive Development provides technical assistance to support disability inclusion in the Access to Quality Education Program, which is funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
