20110812 Government Disabilities Focal points meeting final outcomes

Government focal points responsible for disability inclusive development in Pacific Islands Forum countries met for their second meeting at the Tanoa International Hotel, Nadi, Fiji from 10-12 August 2011. In attendance were government officials from Australia, the Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Republic of Marshall Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu. Observers from the Australian Human Rights Commission, New Zealand Human Rights Commision, University of the South Pacific, Officers from the AusAID Suva Post, International Labor Organisation and Pacific Disability Forum were also in attendance.
